Blue Paradise Rentals Nicaragua was founded in 2014 by Anielka Solis and Enrique Dangla, a young business couple living in the tourist city of San Juan del Sur.
The company was born mainly with the objective of satisfying the growing demand for vacation home rentals by both national and foreign clients, since among its benefits are price savings, space for everyone, greater comfort, more flexible hours and living a more authentic experience.
We firmly believe that Properties must be kept in perfect condition and that owners have the right to the best rents on the market.
It is at this point where the idea of managing properties as part of one of our services is born. We currently manage 32 properties and handle all aspects including:
